Scott enjoys sharing his passion for music and drumming with his students. Many of Scott's students have made drumming and music an important part of their lives. They have competed in State band competitions, performed in High School and College bands and orchestras, joined or formed their own musical groups, and have pursued music degrees in performance, education, and business. Still others just love to play the drums.

Scott has over twenty years of experience in the music world. During this time Scott has been a band leader, performer, teacher, sideman, music company representative, and instrument repair tech. This has given him the opportunity to have a unique perspective on the many different aspects that are involved in achieving success in the music field.
